My best resources

Hello Reader,

Last week I asked what you were struggling with and I got a LOT of replies!

There were some themes, one of which was setting up a PMO, so I've reached out to a friend who is an expert in that area as I don't have a lot of resources on that myself. I'll let you know what he says!

Another thing I was asked for was a list of my best resources. So here's a start, off the top of my head.

Free training webinars

Most of the webinars I do are chargeable, partly because I believe that even if you only pay a small amount, you are more likely to put what you learn into action. But I do have some training session recordings you can watch for free:

All my resources (or most of them)

You can see a list of all the things I have to help you be better at project management here:

I haven't updated it to include the training I've offered in the last few months like the project financial management session, but I'll do that soon.

There is one other resource that I personally use all the time and that I'll be sharing with you next week. Watch this space!

Have a lovely week!

Elizabeth

I put off starting the Google Data Analytics course because I read that it was a big time commitment, and I didn’t really have time to feel like I was giving it my all. I was also a bit daunted about having to learn programming languages. I’ve now got round to starting the courses (at least), and this is my Google Data Analytics course review of the...

In the webinar, I talk about the key things that make it easier to juggle all the projects: Milestone planning Dependency management Multi-stakeholder management...

Hello Reader, It's International PMO Day today. This is a relatively new day, I think it started last year. International Project Management Day (November) has been around for many years, so why shouldn't PMOs get their chance to shine too? How to set up a PMO was one of the questions that people came back to me with when I asked what you’d like help on a couple of weeks ago. I wouldn’t call myself a PMO expert, although I have run a team of PMs in the past, so I turned to my friend Bill Dow...
